We have about 3 - 5 request each day that need the Notes to be re-configured. Is there a tool to look at the dmp file?įor the moment, I can remove the Data folder and reconfigured the client again for the user just to keep them going but it just taking a lot of time especially when you got a lot of users. I don't think I can upload the file as it is too big. What happened next was under Notes \ Data \ workspace \ logs folder, it throw approxmately 330MB of dmp file. Prior to these happened, the users said everything is working fine. You can click ok or cancel the diagnostic. ![]() It will automatically thrown them out and they end up with Notes error. In the first half of the year, the 8.5.x additions will include audio/visual enhancements, an additional client platform, and Sametime Unified Telephony client synchronization with Notes/Domino 8.5. Just 3 weeks ago, Citrix Lotus Notes users complained that once they get in to Lotus Notes, it freeze and hung. Check in the changed configuration files using the following wsadmin client command: ProfilesConfigService. Save and close the profiles-config.xml file. We are using Lotus Notes Client 8.5.2 with embedded sametime 8.5.1 Do not make this change for releases earlier than Sametime 8.5 or the Notes 8.5.1 embedded client or awareness will stop working properly.
